Do I need to know which treatment to choose?+
No. Start with the new-client experience. We’ll assess your scalp, explain suitable options and discuss any price difference before you decide on additional care.
Is scalp analysis included?+
Yes. The A$158 experience includes scalp analysis, a consultation, 75-minute Zephyr care and home-care guidance.
Is it suitable for a sensitive scalp?+
Please tell us about sensitivity, allergies and any current scalp treatment before booking. We’ll discuss suitability and adapt care where appropriate.
Are all hair types welcome?+
Yes. All hair types are welcome. Let us know about your texture, protective styles or extensions so we can discuss the right approach before your visit.
How long should I allow?+
Zephyr scalp therapy is 75 minutes. Please allow extra time for your first consultation and analysis; we’ll confirm the total appointment time when you book.
Do I need to wash my hair first?+
Ask us when booking so we can advise around your routine and planned care. Let us know about any medicated shampoo or scalp products you use.
